On my days off I have been trying to get this place organized, the clutter was starting to get to me. The second bedroom has been nothing but storage since we moved in here. Joe straightened it up this week that was I could go in there and have room to work. Joe and I want to get a twin bed for that room for when we have guest, we are hoping that one day soon that will be our babies room :) Even when we do have a baby we will still keep the twin bed in there, I think that room is going to be the multi-purpose room.
Last night I decided to try to get our bills and other paper work organized. I cleaned out the filing cabinet of stuff we didn't need and replaced it with new paperwork we have accumulated, I feel accomplished. I am not feeling that great today, so I am taking it easy next weekend I will be tackling the other bedroom.
I am really excited, Joe and I have decided to have my niece come visit us this summer. She is going to be here for at least a month. I still need to get her plane ticket, boy oh boy it really isn't going to be cheap. The plane ticket is only $184 round trip, that isn't the problem. Since she is only 11 years old she will need to have a flight attendent, I have done this before for my nephew Jacob when he was around the same age. Things have changed, now you have to pay an extra $100 each way. Thank God my sister is paying for half of the ticked. I just didn't think it was going to cost more than the ticket to have her fly here.
It is worth it though, my neice and I are very very close. Her father was in a car accident when she was 18mos old, he ended up passing away after pelvic surgery a week after the accident. After the accident I had talked to her father (before he passed) he made me promise if anything ever happened to him I would help take care of Arlette. I didn't think it would happen so soon. I became Mommy2 to Arlette.
I can't wait till she comes here and we can do some muched needed Aunt Cynthia and Letty-Poo bonding.
Well that is all for now I am going to veg in bed since I am not feeling good.
Until Later.
